Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Road map ROI. Road map ROI is run by Cookie Tech (PANCHENKOV & LAHAV Ο.Ε.), a general partnership in Greece. Greek law and EU law apply, including the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and Greek Law 4624/2019.

2. Acceptance of terms
By using Road map ROI ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
3. Service description
Road map ROI is a free web tool for product and portfolio decisions. It offers:
- Public calculators that anyone can use without an account
- Scoring methods (NPV, RICE, ICE, MoSCoW, Kano, FVI) and a Project → Feature → Sub-feature view with ROI roll-up
- An optional free account to save scenarios and projects and to invite workspace members
Results are produced by fixed formulas and template text. The Service does not use artificial intelligence. The Service is free. There are no paid plans and we do not take payments.
4. User responsibilities
4.1 Account security. If you create an account, keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
4.2 Accurate information. Give a real email address that you control.
4.3 Lawful use. Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms.
4.4 Prohibited activities. No spam, large-scale scraping, attacks on the Service, attempts to access other people's workspaces, or unlawful content.
5. Data protection
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Cookie Tech (PANCHENKOV & LAHAV Ο.Ε.) is the data controller.
6. Price
6.1 Free service. The Service is free of charge. We do not ask for payment details.
6.2 Future changes. If we ever offer paid features, we will update these Terms first and tell account holders by email. Nothing will be charged unless you choose a paid option yourself.
7. Intellectual property
7.1 Platform. All rights in the Service (software, design, brand) stay with Cookie Tech.
7.2 Your content. You own the content you enter. You give us a limited licence to store, process and display it only to run the Service for you.
7.3 Restrictions. You may not copy, resell or sublicense the Service, or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows.
8. Liability and disclaimers
8.1 Service availability. We try to keep the Service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change or stop features.
8.2 No financial, tax or legal advice. Guides, ROI calculations and scores are decision-support tools. They depend on the numbers you enter. You are responsible for the business decisions you make with them.
8.3 Limitation of liability. The Service is provided free. To the extent Greek law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Suspension and termination
9.1 By you. You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from Settings.
9.2 By us. We may suspend or close accounts for breach of these Terms, fraud, abuse or a legal requirement.
9.3 Effect. When an account is closed, access ends and workspace data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
10.1 Governing law and jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by Greek law. For business users, the courts of Athens have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in the courts of the EU member state where you live.
10.2 Consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Greek and EU law.
10.3 Alternative dispute resolution. Consumers may contact the Greek Consumer Ombudsman (synigoroskatanaloti.gr) before going to court.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will tell account holders by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can delete your account before that date.
