Terms of Service

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Road map roi platform operated by Cookie Tech (PANCHENKOV LAHAV ΟΕ). They comply with Greek Law 4624/2019, Greek Consumer Protection Law 2251/1994, GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and relevant EU directives.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Road map roi ("the Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

3. Service description

Road map roi is a SaaS workspace for product and portfolio management that provides:

• Project → Feature → Sub-feature hierarchy with ROI roll-up
• Scoring calculators (NPV, RICE, ICE, MoSCoW, Kano, FVI)
• AI-assisted memos and prioritization suggestions
• Monte-Carlo forecasting (Business plan)
• Shareable scenarios, team collaboration, activity logs and comments

4. User responsibilities

4.1 Account security. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.

4.2 Accurate information. You agree to provide accurate account and billing information.

4.3 Lawful use. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

4.4 Prohibited activities. No spamming, scraping at scale, reverse engineering, unlawful content, or abusive use of AI features (including attempts to generate illegal, defamatory or infringing output).

5. Data protection

Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Cookie Tech (PANCHENKOV LAHAV ΟΕ) acts as data controller.

6. Subscriptions, payments and withdrawal

6.1 Plans. Current plans (Free, Pro, Business, Lifetime) and prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice.

6.2 Billing. Paid plans are billed in advance via Stripe. Charges renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6.3 VAT. Prices include Greek VAT where applicable.

6.4 Statutory withdrawal right. Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Greek Consumer Law 2251/1994 and Directive 2011/83/EU. Because Road map roi is a digital service supplied immediately upon subscription, by starting to use the Service you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once performance has begun. Refunds outside this scope are handled per Greek consumer protection law.

6.5 14-day money-back guarantee. Notwithstanding clause 6.4, as a goodwill commitment we offer first-time subscribers a full refund of their initial subscription payment if requested within 14 days of that payment, no reason required. Requests made after 14 days, or in respect of renewal payments, are handled at our discretion in line with Greek consumer protection law. To request a refund, email hello@gideonlahav.com from the address on your account.

6.6 Failed payments. If payment fails, we grant a grace period before restricting access. Persistently unpaid accounts may be suspended or downgraded.

7. Promo codes and lifetime grants

Promo codes and lifetime grants (including the LAUNCH5 code and complimentary Lifetime plans) are personal, non-transferable, have no cash value and may be withdrawn in case of fraud or abuse.

8. Intellectual property

8.1 Platform. All rights, title and interest in the Service (software, design, brand) remain with Cookie Tech.

8.2 Your content. You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display it solely to operate the Service on your behalf.

8.3 Restrictions. You may not copy, modify, resell, sublicense or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

9. Liability and disclaimers

9.1 Service availability. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

9.2 No investment advice. ROI calculations, AI memos and forecasts are decision-support tools. You are solely responsible for business decisions based on them.

9.3 Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by Greek law, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Suspension and termination

10.1 By you. You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time from Settings.

10.2 By us. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, non-payment, fraud or legal requirement.

10.3 Effect. On termination, access ends and workspace data is deleted according to the retention schedule in the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

11.1 Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hellenic Republic.

11.2 Jurisdiction. The competent courts of Chania, Crete, Greece have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection venues.

11.3 Consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Greek and EU law.

11.4 Alternative dispute resolution. Before initiating court proceedings you may use the Greek Consumer Ombudsman (synigoroskatanaloti.gr) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
